Because it’s so important to talk about and look after Mamas mental health before and after having a baby 🥰👼🏻 I really struggled after my first baby and probably will struggle again after baby number 2, so having a specialised charity and help there if needed is nice to know and it’s a good feeling fundraising for a charity who I know would make a huge difference in lots of mamas lives!
