We are taking on the Snowdon Triple Challenge in support of The PANDAS Foundation, a perinatal mental health charity.

The charity has seen a sharp rise in demand throughout the pandemic, with parents & carers needing support like never before. Some of us in the team have used the support of the charity in the past, and now want to give back. We want to raise money to help ensure PANDAS can continue its excellent work, and no parent or carer feels alone. 

The challenge is:

1) 10.5 miles of cycling

2) 9 miles trekking

3) 2.5 miles kayaking

All in one day. Wish us luck! 

Each donation makes such a huge difference, no matter how small. Just £5 allows the charity to provide 30 mins vital free call time to someone in need on their helpline. Your donation has the ability to change someone's life and offer them the lifeline they need.
